Real Structure- At Emirates Virtual you will be Certified by a Chief Training Captain who will hand you a Type Rating (only specially selected pilots can fly executive aircraft), Certifying that you can operate the Aircraft the Emirates way. From there a Line Training Captain will be by your side for the first few weeks to make sure you know the Airline and our procedures like a pro. Every 3 months a check ride for our pilots will be carried out, to help maintain a high standard and hopefully improve.
